Dandelion

Plant Uses:  In traditional medicine, dandelion root has long been used to treat liver & stomach conditions.  It can aid in the treatment of skin conditions, liver and gallbladder issues, digestion.  Dandelion stimulates the release of bile from the gallbladder and production of more in the liver showing it may help to digest fats.   

Plant Preparation:  Decoction (cook your herbs).
